To all clients, colleagues and contacts:

As it appears to have grown into a global event, the epidemic of COVID-19 in Japan shows no sign of slowing down
yet. 

At AOYAMA & PARTNERS, fortunately there has been no reported cases of any of our staff or their family members
getting infected to date.  Still, we are taking some measures such as: implementing a flexible work hours to avoid
crowded commuter trains, minimizing traveling and putting a halt to face-to-face meetings, and setting up home
office environment for some of the staff members, etc.

Yet, we put the highest priority to serving our clients.  Please rest assured that we are running our business as
usual.  Even if office attendance is restricted, we can continue operating seamlessly. 

If there is any concern or question, please do not hesitate to contact us. 

Lastly but not least importantly, we sincerely wish you the well-being of all of you and your family, and we hope the spread of COVID-19 becomes under control soon.
