【欧州】９月１日からルーマニアがＵＰＣ協定に参加します

２０２４年９月１日付でＵＰＣ協定（ＵＰＣＡ）がルーマニアにおいて発効されることが決定しました。

これにより、２０２４年９月１日以降に発効する単一効特許は、ルーマニアを含む計１８カ国で保護されます。
なお、２０２４年８月３１日以前に発効する単一効特許では、ルーマニアでの保護が得られません。
これに対して経過措置が設けられており、単一効特許の申請をする際に、２０２４年９月１日以降に単一効特許が登録されるよう、手続きの保留を求めることができます。
